Jharkhand or "the land of bushes", is a state that is cherished by nature itself! To the common Indian it is a land full of dense forests, tribal people, abundant mineral and coal mines, naxalites and our very own cricket champion MS Dhoni. In reality the tales of this land go much farther than that. Though it was officially declared as a state on 15th November, 2000, it is said that Jharkhand's existence dates back to an era that is even more ancient than the Magadha empire. Yet the stories of this region has been untold to most Indians.
